English: We collect only what we need to sell you access and keep your account working: your name, email, and billing details. We never see your card number. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to show, fix, or delete your data any time.
Tagalog: Kinokolekta lang namin ang kailangan para maibigay ang access at mapanatiling gumagana ang account mo: pangalan, email, at billing details. Hindi namin nakikita ang card number mo. Hindi namin ibinebenta ang data mo. Maaari mong hilingin anumang oras na ipakita, itama, o burahin ito.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Pasado Online Educational Consultancy Service (“Pasado”, “we”) runs pasadoreviewer.com and is responsible for your personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). For privacy concerns, contact: Data Protection Officer, Pasado, support@pasadoreviewer.com.
2. What we collect
- Account and order details: your name, email address, and the city you enter at checkout. If you want a receipt for your business, you may also enter a company name and Tax Identification Number (TIN). These two are optional, used only to prepare your receipt, and kept for our tax and bookkeeping records.
- Membership details: which plan you bought, and your start and end dates.
- Payment status: whether your payment succeeded. Card and e-wallet details are entered with our payment partner, PayMongo. They are not stored on our site.
- Technical data: basic information such as your browser type, and cookies needed to keep you logged in and your cart working.
- Study progress: your practice scores are saved on your own device (in your browser). We do not receive them.
3. Why we use it
- To process your order and give you access to the reviewer.
- To send you important messages about your order or account.
- To protect the site from fraud, account sharing, and copying.
- To meet our legal, tax and bookkeeping duties.
We will only send you marketing messages if you agree, and you can say stop at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, such as our payment partner (PayMongo), our web hosting provider, and email delivery services, and with authorities when the law requires it. These providers may process data outside the Philippines.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may: be informed about how your data is used; access it; correct it; object to certain uses; ask us to delete or block it; receive a copy in a common format; and claim damages if your rights are violated. Email us at support@pasadoreviewer.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as secure connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for logging in, your cart, and checkout. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may then not work.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
